6181F/P Integrated Display Computers

When you require a flexible integrated display computer, with performance and capability options to meet a wide range of applications, look to bulletin 6181 F/P computers from Rockwell Automation.


The 6181F integrated display computer has a solid-state drive, which does not contain the moving parts of traditional rotating media, making it a more reliable choice for data storage, and more cost-effective for applications where I/O response time is critical. The 6181P integrated display computer offers traditional rotating media storage in a slim form factor, for superior data storage capabilities.

6181 F/P integrated display computers are available in either standard or performance models. The standard version features a Celeron M 1.06 GHz processor and 512 MB DDR2 memory. The performance version features a Core Duo 1.2 GHz processor and 1 GB DDR2 memory. Both standard and performance versions offer advanced communication options with four USB 2.0 ports and two 10/100/100M Ethernet ports. In addition a fanless design helps reduce noise and dust movement.

To help meet advanced application needs, the performance versions have been designed with a flush bezel to help reduce build-up of debris around the display. An optional, easy-to-clean stainless steel version is more resistant to chemicals than other metals. A CD/DVD-RW optical disk drive, lockable front-accessible USB ports, and an easily accessible hard disk drive are some of the many features that make the performance model an ideal choice when you demand a flexible integrated display computer.

If cost is an issue, the standard version offers just what is needed for visual interface, maintenance, or basic information applications. Standard models share the same bezel design as our 6176M industrial monitors, and are available in aluminum only.
