Training Courses - Terms and Conditions

Rockwell Automation now operates the following cancellation and re-scheduling policy. All cancellations and amendments must be made in writing before the time scales shown below in order to be valid. Failure to do so will mean the next full time scale will be applied.

The following cancellation and re-scheduling fees are applicable for all courses:

• Courses cancelled within 1 week of the start date - 100% of Course Price
• Courses re-scheduled within five weeks of course start date will be subject to an administration charge of Euro 75

Rockwell Automation reserves the right to cancel training courses if insufficient bookings have been received. Delegates will be notified and an alternative date will be offered, or the course fee refunded in full.

Should a course have to be cancelled at the last moment, the course fees will be refunded in full, however Rockwell Automation cannot be held liable for any other expenses incurred by the delegates, or their organisation, due to the cancellation.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the current rate.
