We have created a Skills Based training programme to meet the need to cross-skill:

This programme, developed to raise the skill levels of employees across a range of disciplines, is achieved through a site specific multi-stage training programme. Each individual is encouraged to constantly improve his or her skills by achieving set standards over a self-determined period of time. In addition to classroom course time, there is hands-on fault finding on your top ten faults.

Coaching days are included for one-to-one training in specific skills areas. The outcome is a formal skill assessment to confirm competency at the end of the programme. The company will gain from a motivated and highly skilled workforce that is committed to ensuring the company's vision can be met or exceeded.
