Dial-up Diagnostic Services


Dial-up Diagnostics are available as a program upgrade for TechConnect and TeamSupport agreements.
With Dial-up Diagnostics, our support specialists use a standard phone line and an Allen-Bradley Remote Access Modem Kit installed at the customer's site to remotely access their control and drive systems, which can expedite problem identification and resolution. Systems are not monitored continuously and are only accessed upon a customer's request.
