3) Mechatronic Design Portfolio Offers Machine Builders Improved Optimisation and Collaboration for Complex Machine Designs

For builders of sophisticated machines that require excellent flexibility and throughput, we have introduced a new mechatronic solutions portfolio consisting of software tools, motion control products and support. The portfolio helps engineers to better collaborate, and reduce machine costs and development time by providing a common forum where design input from the mechanical, controls, software and electrical engineers can be more easily gathered and evaluated.

7) New Servers and Workstations Further Expand our PlantPAx Process Automation System

Pre-tested, pre-configured, single-activation workstations help users improve system start up experience. We have introduced a series of servers and workstations that help engineers more efficiently build a process automation system. With pre-installed software and a pre-configured operating system, the new visualisation servers and operator workstations for our PlantPAx Process Automation System helps significantly reduce the time and costs associated with specifying, procuring and installing system hardware and software.

8) Transfer PLC data without modifying your PLC programs, using ProSoft Technology’s new Message Manager Module

ProSoft Technology’s new Message Manager (ILX56-MM) is a multi-system data transfer engine for ControlLogix® that eliminates the need for access to the source code of OEM equipment (code which may not be available!), eliminates concerns about any risk to affect the OEM’s machine operation, eliminates the need to own/maintain other PLCs’ programming software.
