Online support now available in seven languages
The Knowledgebase – included with all TechConnect support agreements – is now available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese; providing customers with access to nearly 40,000 technical notes, documents and solutions in their preferred language.

This multi-language approach also helps address the needs of a global market – working to accommodate increasingly diverse workforce demographics.
In addition, customers can submit questions and chat live with our Technical Support engineers in their local language. They can also engage in peer-to-peer conversations to share engineering tips and best practices via interactive forums as part of the Rockwell Automation Support Center.
To change the Website’s default language, customers select their preferred language from a drop-down menu on the Home page.
