Pre-assembled for simplified design

With the ability to synchronize and coordinate with multi-axis machine motions, the TL-Series™ and MP-Series™ cylinders provide a dynamic, precise response for a wide range of linear motion applications.


These electric cylinders use Rockwell Automation Controls and RSLogix 5000 software to extend and retract with precise positioning, velocity or force. In force mode, an electric cylinder continues to push the load in a manner similar to an air cylinder, but with the convenience of a limit established using state-of-the-art software.

This ready-to-mount solution with industry standard mounting (flange, clevis, trunnion, etc.) and end effector attachments (guide rods, rod eyes, etc.) allows you to experience easy assembly with reductions in mechanical design engineering, assembly, wiring and commissioning time.

As part of the Kinetix® Integrated Motion solution, the MP-Series/TL-Series Electric Cylinders fit seamlessly into the Rockwell Automation Integrated Architecture and allow you to eliminate mechanical design, selection and integration of multiple components from different suppliers.

These quiet, clean and energy-efficient non-rotating stainless steel piston rod actuators provide an excellent upgrade for your current systems.

- Use with either 230 or 480V AC Kinetix 2000 and Kinetix 6000 servo drives as well as Ultra™1500 and Ultra3000 drives
- Operation without externally mounted limit or home switches, retaining position in power loss for faster machine restart
